What services do you offer?
Skull Dogs Media offers photography and videography services, including event coverage, filming, editing, and full video production.
We also provide social media assistance services.

Where are you based, and do you travel for shoots?
We’re based in the Twin Cities, Minnesota. Currently, we don’t travel outside of Minnesota for shoots.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your date.
Short-notice shoots may incur an additional fee.
Do you work with nonprofits or community organizations?
Yes! We regularly collaborate with community organizations and nonprofits, and we’re proud to offer flexible, budget-conscious pricing for projects supporting important causes.

How much do your services cost?
Rates vary depending on project scope - contact us for a quote.
Do you offer sliding-scale or nonprofit rates?
Yes. We use a flexible, sliding-scale model for nonprofit and community work. Pricing is determined collaboratively based on the organization’s budget and project needs.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most forms of payment - including cash, check, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and Melio.
Is a deposit required?
For larger projects, a non-refundable deposit of 20–50% may be required to secure the work.

What does the process look like from start to finish?
Consultation → Planning & Location Scouting → Shoot → Editing → Delivery
Can I provide creative input or notes during editing?
Absolutely! Creative input is always welcome.
If there’s a fixable issue or achievable improvement, we’re happy to make revisions within reason. The number of revisions allowed may vary based on project scope and completion level.
How long does it take to receive the final product?
Turnaround time depends on project size, but we typically deliver the final product within 2–4 weeks.
Do you provide raw footage/photos?
Yes, upon request. Due to file size limitations, raw files may need to be transferred in person via hard drive.

How will I receive my photos/videos?
We typically deliver projects through Pixieset.
Alternate delivery methods include Google Drive or physical hard drive, depending on your needs.
Can you make versions for social media?
Yes - for an additional fee, we can create optimized versions for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories.
Do you keep backups of projects?
Yes. We maintain secure backups for every project to ensure files aren’t lost.
We also keep secondary backups in Pixieset, though files may eventually be removed to make space for new projects. If you ever need replacements, just let us know!

Can you collaborate with other creatives or teams?
Yes - we’re always open to working with other creatives and production teams.
Do you do brand partnerships or promotional videos?
Yes, we create promotional and branded content in addition to event coverage.
Can you help with scripting or storyboarding?
Yes! We can assist with scripting, writing, and storyboarding to help bring your vision to life.
